Ms. Ivy Leung
Barrister-at-Law

Ivy is a practising barrister, an accredited mediator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London, UK. Before embarked on this profession, she has worked in the private sector mainly for large German based corporations and in the area of marketing and business development. She has participated in the development of a number of joint-venture projects, including power plant projects, packaging projects and merger & acquisitions etc. Her main area of practice includes shareholder disputes, conveyancing disputes, construction disputes and cross-border disputes. She also drafts and settles commercial agreements and gives legal advice to multi-national companies.

Ivy is a seasoned speaker who has been co-operating with local universities (HKU SPACE and PolyU, etc.) in recent years and teaching courses of various legal topics. She is a visiting lecturer of the PolyU as well as an Adjunct Lecturer of HKU SPACE. With more than 10 years of teaching experience, Ivy is dedicated to designing and teaching courses for both in-house training and public courses, feedback is very positive from participants.
