This training programme aims to enrich and strengthen participants with new concepts, best practices and proven strategies for NEC4 contract. The contents will be based on the NEC3 fundamentals and practical issues with amendments made by the Development Bureau in Hong Kong, also with highlights on the NEC4 framework and latest changes. Upon completion of the training, participants are expected to be able to:

Harrison is a practicing barrister, a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also an HKIAC accredited mediator and is on the Panel List of Mediators and Arbitrators of the Hong Kong Bar Association. Harrison is a seasoned speaker who has been co-operating with local universities (HKU, PolyU, CityU SCOPE, etc.) in recent years and teaching courses of various legal topics. With more than 20 years experience in the construction industry, Harrison is dedicated to designing and teaching courses tailor-made to the construction industry for both in-house training and public courses, feedback is very positive from participants.
